Same with my M21. I had contacted the Customer Care Executive & She told me to take it to service center. As my warranty has expired she informed me they'll charge money for the services. It's their fault they should bear the expenses. And it's not about your phone & my phone many users are complaining the same issue. It should be the moral duty of Samsung to resolve this matter from their end but sadly no positive steps taken.
Anyways Samsung is going to lose many of the customers because of this petty issue.
