Samsung ended Dex support for Mac OS in January 2022. So, you will no longer be able to download it now.

Sadly no.
Although Dex is available if you have downloaded it before it went out of support, Phones launching in 2022 dont support Dex on Mac.

In fact when Itried connecting with wireless Dex i saw my MacBook's name come up for a brief second and vanished when I selected it.
So this must be a software limitation only.
