Cursor not Syncing with Dex Cursor

I am trying to set up Dex (Wired).

Needless to say Phone only has 1 type c port to which i have connected hdmi.

When i try to connect wireless mouse to the tv i see 2 different cursors the one responsive to wireless mouse is not usable in DEX.

I am using S22. And my TV does not have miracast built in, is there a fix for this?

Try will resetting the Dex app. I faced the same issue and Uninstalled and Reinstalled. It got fixed.

I don't have a Dex app. It is built into the settings how do i reset it?
