Received an advert from Samsung.com buy an s21 ultra from telkom and receive ear buds ,tag ,Samsung care at 499 and s pen with Clearview cover . No Clearview case and s pen Received. Samsung and telkom both blame each other but the email was from Samsung. Customer care every one has a different answer . Have emails in hand and call recordings . No one wants to own up
Samsung keeps their end of the promotion because the claim is made through Samsung Members. Telkom and other outlets are using the payoff line to generate sales, nothing more!. They have nothing to do with the Promotions, they are Samsung Promotions!.
The Promotion only covers the Buds Pro, Tag and R499 once off care option, definitely no Clearviee cover or S Pen, so Telkom is lying to the public!.
