No google system update showing in f23 after beta2. Still stuck at 1 July.

many of us has the september update
55mb october update was occured but we could not install that...now that is disappeared and may be postponed
And the this entire update story was before beta 2

For some maybe. For some like me, it happened After beta 2. And its stuck at july. Could also be because i reset the phone after beta 2 since google sytem was not updating
