no it seems it will not be available 🙆😑Samsung launched the Galaxy S20 FE in late 2020 with Android 10 onboard. The device received the Android 11 update in late 2020, the Android 12 update in late 2021, and its last major software update was Android 13, which was released in late 2022. It won't get the Android 14 update that is currently rolling out to newer phones.

But the 5g version comes with Android 11 out of the box it means last updated shuld be Android 14 for that

This is the reply of samsung chat support.
They are saying device update depend upon specific country.
soon this device become 3 year old and as per samsung 3year old device will not get major update.

Note: * Samsung devices are eligible to receive 3 Android OS upgrades since the device launch.

* If your device is older than three years, it is not eligible for any further major Android OS upgrades.

* Android updates for devices purchased Outside India will depend on the specific countrys schedule. You can contact their customer service.
