I am using samsung note 8 mobile device. My mobile take so much time for battery charging. But 1 month before it charge fastly. I am continuously using companys original fast charging charger. Firstly Check for the following reasons: 1.Charging USB cable might be damaged.Try with other cable 2.Try to charge your device with official samsung charger 3. Charging port may be damaged. 4. Battery may be damaged 5. Weak power source If above reasons are not the issue i think you sholud wait and visit a service centre after this lockdown.Hope it helps you
Please be assured and follow the given below steps to resolve the "charging issue":
1)Check physical condition of USB cable:-Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc 2) Safe mode:-Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .
3)Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.
If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question). Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
