Alexa app not at all working in samsung CU8000 55 inch. It says Loading Amazon Alexa and then nothing happens or sometimes blue animation of alexa crashes before I register my command. I have 100 mbps internet speed. Have tried multiple times to reset TV along with hard reset(done by service engineer). Nothing worked. Is anyone facing similar issue? Samsung service engineer is saying that we need to wait for an update to roll out to start using Alexa.
