Hello , i am new to sumsung family , 2 days ago purchase A35 While phone performance is overall OK I am facing issue such as back panel & Screen heating with normal usages the battery Tempreature remains between 34 to 37 % but phone thermal sensor temperature goes upto 45°+ Tempreature till the screen is on
Please help and guide how this issue will be solved ?
Your's device is very new so please give it's some time. After some time and after some updates all is well. So please don't bothered about this issue now.
