To resolve vibration issue, kindly follow the given below steps:

 

1) Swipe up the home screen>settings>tap sound and vibration>tap "vibration feedback" to enable it or disable it.

 

Note: When the switch turns blue it means the vibration feedback feature has enabled.

 

Kindly perform the interactive check of vibration in Samsung Member Application (Samsung member app>>Get help>>Interactive checks>>Vibration))

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).

Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
