Can anybody help me with the Galaxy buds for the  Samsung A51 the promotion started on of 14th of September and  end the on 30 September I did apply online I did send all my documents.but no answer yet so I called the customer care service I did spoke to 2 agents they said I must stay on the line and afterwards they dropped the phone

@Maps_sam07 please assist in escalation of my issue I have been resubmitting all correct valid documents and consistently been told to resend everything to another email or told my claim was rejected due to invalid details and when asked which details or documents were invalid I would be responded to with instructions to resend everything to every email again and I've spoken to 3 different customer call centre agents who gave me reference numbers and no assistance or further information and now I carried on with procedure for weeks and redemption has ended but I insist my claim be reprocessed for my buds+ for my A51
