Can anyone assist me in finding the correct invoice for the galaxy s21 buds promotion? I scanned the hard copy but it keeps saying invalid* ... I bought it from mtn.

Maybe take a picture instead of scanning it. I did that and it worked

Go to Mtn ask them for proof of payment they have a special invoice you can upload

best bet is to mtn get a coy or invoice wala done and dusted

I solved the "invalid invoice" issue by taking a screenshot of the invoice and succesfully uploaded it. Uploading from download file didn't work.

In addition, when uploading your invoice, make sure the imei or serial number is clear and visible otherwise they won't validate your claim. You will have to resubmit otherwise and it is a very frustrating process.
