Samsung Benefits - Redeem Buds on S22 promotion

HI there. 

I am struggling to complete the form to claim the bubs. 

I have the S22 , and I a filling in the form on the samsung members app on the phone. I complete all the lines that needs to be filled with ID and Invoice attached

When I submit the form it basically does nothing, without any confirmation that the process is comepleted. 

Anyone with same problem, or who do I contact ?

I had a similar issue initially. Maybe try and complete the form using a PC. Use the following link if necessary https://africa.mkt.samsung.com/za/rainbow-national-promotion

I applied for mine however the email says. "Should your claim be successful". Do we get confirmation if it is successful?

I received my samsung s22 ultra at February in Lisbon, and till now I've not received my gifts buds.
What Ken I do to have the form and were I found it?

Good day, 

I was assisted in store on claiming the promotional ear buds and this was done on 31 March 2022. There has been no email which has been sent to me about any correspondence from you during this period.  All documents were submitted and was given a reference number as well. Please indicate as to when I will be receiving the buds. I've also tried sending an email to altron@samsung.com with no solution.

Please assist urgently.
