I recently bought a galaxy s21fe and availed corporate offer which got delivered to me on 08th May. I am not seeing any redeem option related to this offer in for you section in Samsung app. Customer service team told me that I will be eligible after 72hours but still not sure . Similarly while buying the phone I had timeprime 1year membership offer.. till now not seeing any options to avail any of these. Any help on this would be highly appreciated
I bought it from Samsung website through corporate offer and no other offers would not have been clubbed at that tym. But we can avail that offer later in Samsung app . Customer service team told I can avail after 72hours but not sure how to check
Hello Rashmirb maam . You have to first sign in with your Samsung Account or your Corporate account maam and than you have to go to For You Tab on the Samsung Shop APP to avail Rs 2999 Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 offer maam 😊👍🙏🙏 .
