This might not be the right forum, but I just migrated from Apple and Samsung offers free stuff when I purchase my phone, but now I am a firm believer that its all a gimmick. I have received vouchers that don't work. Receive invites that are slated with system errors. My R4000 voucher didn't work nor other invites. Multiple calls with Samsung which ended up with no resolution - they just disappeared of the face of the earth and moved on.... just saying!!!
say it like it is I am sure there are many like yourself keep on trying its the right place and time as the best time is now say it until you receive help until change comes about until you get the result needed and then help others hope it works out for u try filling In form on Samsung.com website also much awareness needs to be brought to this and the za team must pull up their socks their service is lacking take care and God bless
