You can purchase an item with your voucher code on the Online shop.
When you add your item to cart, select the add promo code. then add the voucher code samsung gave you after you enter give it a few seconds to validate. Then select apply. It will deduct the amount and it will show you owe if you purchase an item worth more than the voucher, then you can pay the difference.
