Glad to hear you're receiving good service in your area. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Despite being promised a refund or replacement for my defective laptop by Samsung's escalation teams, Mr. Raman Kumar, Customer Experience manager, and Goregaon, Mumbai service center, I've faced a month of delays, ignored calls, and no resolution. I believe consistency in service is crucial for a brand as reputed as Samsung. Hoping they address this disparity soon. Otherwise I have to approach Consumer forum.
