Hello, it is not an error. I am trying to get the promotional offer on Samsung care after buying my Samsung s22 ultra. However when I go to Samsung members there is no promotional offer on the Samsung care. It is normal price. It should be redeemable as free

2. Complete the Samsung Care+ registration form.

3. Make the online payment.

4. You will receive an email with your Samsung Care+ documents within 30 days.

Hi, Did anyone manage to redeem their samsung care + on the app after purchasing it upfront with the s22 promo? The app is asking for payment however i already paid at the time of purchasing the phone? Thanks
