Does MediaTek Helio P65 processor support Nightmode & Timelapse? If yes. Then why the company doesn't give those basic features in camera application of a31?

Yes it supports but samsung limits the features in each series to differentiate them according to price. If they provide every feature in mid ranger who will buy their premium and flagship devices?

Yes that's true though! But like you know even after charging 22k, when the company is not at all providing these basic features means , it'll a waste product & offfcourse waste of investing on such companies. Literally bru so disgusted with the samsung.

Yes bro no one is there to question Samsung about their cheap tactics even other companies 10k mobile is far far better than Samsung's 20k mobile. Nowadays Samsung is just overpriced with low quality I'll never buy samsung again.

I'm like I can't even able to sell this device on Amazon or Flipkart. In the list of exchanging phones I've checked , even those sites are not taking this phone. And since 1year I'm in to this asking samsung care, they're literally just fooling the customers like anything bru. And even for my questions which I ask , for that also all are literally giving inappropriate answers. Seriously and even the camera quality is reducing. I'm so so disgusted.

Night mode can be supported, but its too weak to process timelapse.

How nightmode can be obtained? And even 4k video shooting is not there. Seriously the device is so bad. The company didn't even have such basic features, but they're charging so freaking high.

Night mode can be obtained only if they provide, and forget 4K, the processor is not at all capable of shooting 4K. Its Samsung's fault that they are charging so highn but its your fault that you purchased it without checking whether it contains all the features you want or not.
