Samsung S22 promo with MTN

Has anyone actually managed to redeem the Samsung A8 Tab offered on the online promo with MTN?

Im definitely going to fight this. Samsung they have no idea about it, yet I found this on the samsung site. I actually had to point an samsung call centre agent to this page. I will keep updating my progress. I have the number of the promotion department, which im going to phone in the morning

It all just goes in circles. Told to phone Promotions department by customer care, then told by promotion department to call customer care. Im on my way to report MTN and Samsung for false advertising on the Advertising Regulatory Board

@duane89 this is needed. I had the same issue in 2020 with their promotion when I got my s20+

Same with me, got my S20 Ultra, promo was n R500 takealot voucher. Also emailed, phoned, social media. Nothing. Never got the voucher

When i spoke to the Promotion Department. They said they have had a couple off calls about this. Said they escalated it. Looks like thats a word samsung likes using, but has no clue what it means
