I got the message pop up in notification from Samsung if I do 5 transactions via Samsung Pay I will get voucher. I did and got the voucher. 

Now how to use? Where to use? What is the value? No clue.

You are right. But if your friends or family are buying any of these devices, you can use the code for them. I checked the S24 U 512, 12GB, and the price is 5599, after the code, it is 3973.
