S22 ultra purchase redemption of buds gift

I purchased my S22 ultra. 
Now trying to redeem my gift, the Buds pro. 
However when I submit all my info it says my email address is invalid. 

I have triple checked myself and tried multiple email addresses I use on a regular basis 

Please advise how I can move forward and get my buds

Make sure its the same email with what you use for your Samsung Account on your phone

I was having similar issue I just went out and started again the process it eventually successfully submitted

I have one address as the main log in for my Samsung account and it is linked to a different Gmail account. This was causing chaos...

All sorted. And buds are redeemed.
