Has anyone actually received the Buds from the Promotion? It's been well over 2 months, nearly 3, and I'm still waiting for delivery despite me calling and emailing, asking for updates and receiving empty promises. I'm highly disappointed with the service I've received and it's a shame because I really enjoy the device, and looking around it seems like I'm not the only one with this issue👎

Yes I got mine. Claimed on 19 March, received about a month later

Did you receive an email stating that your claim was successful?

Yeah I have, I've received one on my initial claim and every time I've called/emailed regarding the issue. The delivery never happens though.

I'm sorry about that. Maybe you are in an outerlying where courier companies don't go often

Then I'm really not sure what the issue could be. Did you ask for the waybill number when you have been calling through to them?
