Hi.. If I did the pre-order of the new S20 from MTN, where do I claim for the galaxy buds? I did the pre-order on the 15th of Feb and I have an email with ref number.
I did the pre-order on the 15th of Feb and my application was done telephonically before the 15th of March but I received the phone on the 28th of March I think.
Is it still possible to claim the Galaxy Buds, I am a vodacom customer, my proof of delivery did take some time to track down the details, due to the country lock down
