Redemption Issues

I had recently bought Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and there was an offer with that of 7000rs. That could be redeemed on samsung shop app. I have been trying to redeem this but the apps shows a message"coupon is reached maximum redemption count" i have tried to contact customer care but they are of no help. I have tries everything from clearing cache data to using different number and email. Can anyone help me with this? #Samsung #Galaxy Note Ultra

did you contact them on WhatsApp and by using get help section

i have contacted them via phone and email and on email they told me to contact the shop from where i purchased the device

do one thing if you not yet done

go to this link and lodge ur complain to Samsung first

just wanted to inform you about the current situation...i was informed by customer care that that offer against my IMEI has already been redeemed....i have no idea how.......i contacted the person who they said had redeemed against my IMEI and he is from a different state and has no idea how it is possible......he had also purchased note 20 ultra

i explained them everything but they are saying they cannot help.....i am also trying with offline outlet from where i purchased the device and if that doesn't work then i an thinking about legal action....there is a mistake somewhere in samsung system but they are not willing to help
