Is anyone having issues receiving their refund from Samsung in the redemption offer if you purchased a tv and a soundbar in the same transaction from selected stores??
The email I received from Samsung mentions that the refund will be paid within 60 days of approval, it is now 66 days and no refund and if you ring them up and ask them what has happened they can't even offer you an answer and they seem quite hesitant.
I have even sent them an email which I noticed they don't reply to it. Not good for a big company like Samsung to act that way! I may need to go to consumer affairs!
