In December of 2020 I purchased 3 Samsung Note20 smartphones wh8ch come with a 32" smart tv. After submitting my claim insixe the soecified time, I have yet to receive any feedback after a waiting period of 6-8 weeks was promised..

 I just seek clarity on this issue
