I did receive my samsung s23 ultra last week and i did claim my tap but no when i phone samsung today they told me mtn had to deliver the tsp with the ultra ?? Any one having this problem i am with mtn and mtn say no they must

Any luck on claiming the tablet? Spoke to Samsung who said MTN must deliver it to me whilst MTN is saying it must be sent from Samsung. It's been a nightmare talking to either of them. MTN said the matter was escalated to their head office but I have received no feedback
