Hi i have claimed my galaxy buds on the 5th of June and when I try tracking my order i get this 🔽 can anyone help

Similar issue with the Galaxy Buds claimed, received confirmation on the 29th May 2020, still no luck with the Delivery, the tracking number does not exist, so guessing I'm in the same boat as it hasn't been dispatched by Samsung to the courier company
