The reason for the rejection of your claims is the following:

But I purchased my S22 from Takealot.com on April 30th 2022, which was a participating online retailer option when filling out the submission form.
How would I go about getting REVALIDATED, seeing as I meet the terms and conditions on the Samsung website and Takealot.com is a participating Online Retailer?
