Hi Samsung

I have purchased the S22 ultra from a mtn store, an entered my details for the benefits but to date have not received the tablet, yet url sent me confirmation and to date have not received non, I have emailed url and no response what so ever. Pls see attachments.

I have even emailed them as the contact number is on hold waiting for 20 min and still not a reply to my email that's the service we are getting.

So what is this site for.... firstly like I explained the number you have given is always on hold and as per my attachment s that's the same number I have been trying all along, secondly the I have emailed as well and have not got any replies.

My claim was successful on the 17 of march for the Tab A8. Till today nothing. Samsung Customer care is **bleep**. They are taking a **bleep** at their loyal customer, and seems like its only Samsung SA always with the excuses
