Samsung, next time please don't do these promotions especially when we have to claim and get it later. You are disappointing the masses.
Rather bundle them up with the device so that we receive it same time with the device, once the allocation is finished then we would understand as that shipment e.g. 500/1000 units is done. Just like a launch package.
The fact that we are complaining about this current system doesn't do justice to your service.
