I recently purchased a s23 which was suppose to come with a tablet. The instructions was that once I claimed for the tablet it would be delivered. It's been 2 weeks and still it is not delivered
Escalate to the CEO's office cause it seems like the support team and moderators on here have stopped caring.
I was thinking the same thing, but then only counted the week days and excluded the public holiday and what I thought was 2 weeks is still within their delivery period.
It's been more than a month now waiting
