Cannot find voucher code banner on members app

I just downloaded SAMSUNG ENTERTAINER app and tried to enter my voucher code but I cannot find it in SAMSUNG members app.

I tried restarting the device and clearing cache but didn't work.

Any help please?

I believe you would first need to obtain the coupon code from the Benefits section within the Samsung Members section.
Is the Entertainer banner itself not visible for you within the Benefits section?
