Amazon voucher coupon code not able to redeem

I received a Amazon voucher of Rs.100 on samsung wallet for participating in a promotion. When I tried to redeem the coupon code on Amazon, it says the coupon code is already redeemed. So kindly do the needful.

Does samsung wallet give cashback?

Depends on a fewer facts like countries, promotional orders, etc. In India, there is no regular cashback or point system as of now, only a few promotional offers when users can get cashback or coupons as mentioned. Hope it helps 😊

Of course you can use Amazon Pay or any other payment mechanism such as GPay, CRED, PayTM etc, but do remember that Samsung Wallet is the most secure among them. Only Samsung Wallet can be launched from anywhere just by a simple upwards Swipe (even from lock screen) and it is a bouquet all together because it also comes with other goodies like Ticket Booking, Digilocker and Samsung Pass. For me, it is not only hard but almost impossible to not to use it 😁

Not cashback actually. They run promotions to add more users to use Samsung wallet and they provide Amazon vouchers in return for participating in those promotions. I have redeemed 4 vouchers already and it's total worth is Rs.750 , but this voucher has some issue and i hope it will be resolved by Samsung.

Well sir it's already redeemed either by you Or by someone else with whom you share details
In these cases neither samsung nor amazon will help
So kindly check details again have you enter correct code
And balance is 167 maybe it's already added

But sir that balance is of older vouchers. I haven't shared this voucher to anyone as i have tried redeeming it immediately after receiving it. These type of errors usually happen with Amazon vouchers. I have contacted Samsung Pay through mail and they are looking into it. I hope it gets resolved since it's not our mistake.

The issue has been been solved and Samsung has given a new voucher and I have redeemed it. Thank you @Samsungindia
