why is galaxy a30s incoming and outgoing call so slow to show up who is calling

galaxy a30s is slow in showing up who's the caller its like the ringtone is heard bout 3 sec ago and it showed up the screen its so annoying anyone with the same problem around here pls help!

yes, All Samsung A & M serious new mobiles coming with Exynos chip have this problem.

Samsung exynos chipset is very powerful instead of snapdragon series...

it may some your third party app's issue which are genrated some bugs in your device ...so do what i want to say...below

no..all of you have to do untick caller id and spam protection off from call app setting ....and factory reset your device...

do what i said after that let me know what is status ?

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Settings > apps > phone app > storage > clear cache.

2-  Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).

3- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

I have the same problem with it, well I chose Samsung because I thought it's important for this company to take care of customers needs. There are lots of brands.

It's really annoying to see these series of phone has this problem. I have to wait at least 3 seconds to see screen buttons and in order to answer it. I don't  have any special application on it. Just Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram. That's all

Also it has unnecessary application on the phone like Netflix or Spotify.

I haven't seen such a problem on Xiaomi or Huawei products.
