when open Call Log and recent phone Hangs

I'm using Galaxy S10 Plus, with all recent updates, I am facing a peculiar problem from very long time when i open Call log,and press Recent and press i ....that is info button my phone hangs,Black screen,stoped responding ....I normally do this to (Black list) a unwanted Caller. I already perfomed Reset of App preference in Settings,... also done Reset but of No use, Please help me out

synchronization is needed for your contacts try this out

Thanks for your Concern,Let me explain ....I'm using only Google Contacts and Always Sync is on, But do not use Samsung Contacts also not Synchronising with Samsung Contacts...... So if i understood you correctly you mean i should synchronize Contacts to Samsung Contacts also...Kindly Confirm
