samsungJ7Max video hang problem

My Samsung J7 Max video get hanged while playing any video either via YouTube/FaceBook/whatsapp or playing video stored on phone since 2-3 month , I suspect it's happening due to recent security patch installed or after updating of new android version update.does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed or samsung service centre may fix the issue?

Restore your mobile, Factory reset
I was also facing that issue But after Reset It fixed..

today I had talked with the customer care executive but they said pie version is not compatible with j7 max
