I am using Samsung Galaxy S8 from past and I never be satisfied with it's performance. phone lags too much even I reduced the screen resolution 2K to HD and battery drain like crazy. I have been facing this issue since I purchased my device. Recently the temperature of device goes to close 50°C (49.2°C). That is simply not acceptable. I am looking forward a response from officials. I love Samsung but the issues that I have been facing since long time, annoying me too much!

20C ? Are you talking about being in an AC chilled room? Even room temperature is 25C and in India due to the hot climate, it's perfectly normal for phones like these to go upto 40 C while being idle and can go even higher depending upon background processes. While using the phone, it can go upto 50C depending upon the CPU time, CPU usage and Clock Speed as if the BiG cores takes over most of the processing part, the temps will rise way faster/higher than what LiTTLE cores would have resulted, specially when installing apps or doing similar heavy stuff with apps running in background. But most of the time the temps should be below 45C in a normal room. Outdoors It will rise due to ambient temperature and Your CPU seems to be doing perfectly fine, reduce the background tasks to see the improvement in CPU temperature and Battery performance. I am using a S9+ and it gives me better temps(max 40C on daily usage in a normal room with good optimized apps) and performance and it's expected of a better processor but your's is not extreme, still have a S7 edge, its temps are even worse. Maybe a Factory Reset and cleaning of Junk will help you.
