My friends mother said she wants to buy a good non chinese phone and I told her samsung F62 which was 19000 at that time in samsung.com but now the price is increased again 24k ,suggest me a good phone under 20k which doesn't hang as other Samsung phones do ,is Samsung galaxy F41 a good choice?

Get Galaxy M31s or M51. If she doesn't use extreme customization featuresn these two will be decent options.

My opinion will be never ever puchase midrange phones of samsung , better go for Mi they have most of the enabled and in good price range.
Else go for A series in Samsung
