net speed is slow of ur phone it happens wit slow connection

ok...but speed vary between 40-100 kbps. is it not enough for theme store

have you tried to open theme store using wifi instead of mobile data? if on wifi problem still exists then you have to clear cached data from storage or simply factory reset as last option

because sometimes there is network fluctuations due to which mobile data speed decreases so try to open theme store using wifi once
