A30s after android 10 update, my device is getting switch on issue, after switch of my mobile is not switch on until the power cable not connect..what is this issue why device is not switch on normally...admin pl  reply

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device in Safe Mode.
a. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
b. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.
