Is there any dual volte app which can be used in single volte phone

Jio had their Jio phone app which I used in non VoLTE phones.
Apart from that I dont know any of others.

There is no such app called VoLTE app ...

VoLTE is completely Carrier supplied Element

JIOCALL is a OTT app based on carrier restricted IP calling , its not VoLTE app

I know that but it is still valid alternative for his requirement IF he has Jio and want to use on single VoLTE phones.

There is no such thing called VoLTE APP .

VoLTE is only used as carrier supplied service for this no one provide any app

the available app for calling provided by carrier for Non VoLTE devices only .

JioCall etc are just IP restricted calling app nothing else . these are not VoLTE app
