problem in c9 pro. video and frames lag in smart view on lg tv. earlier was using oppo screen share was working without a single lag

Thanks for sharing your issue.We would like to inform you that these steps may or may not solve the issue but you should do these just to make sure the basics are covered.
1. All Apps are up to date? You have 2 places that you need to look. Google Play store and Galaxy app store. Go to both and check My Apps.
2. Is your phone OS up to date? Go to Settings, about phone and check for software update. Make sure you have the latest phone software.
3. Clear Application cache and sometime Application data. Instructions are here.
a) Go to the Settings menu. Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu.
b) Depending on your device you may have to click on Application manager.
c) Locate the app that you want to clear the cache or data for. (If you are looking for system apps you may have to click "More" menu and click "Show System apps").
d) Tap on Storage and you can see clear cache and data buttons.
4. Restart your phone in Safe mode.
