slow charging

The last software update in note 9 has made my phone charging slow and it also heats up phone while it's in charge. This happened before to my phone also and I was in very much problem visiting frequently to service center and was fed up with it and recently I recognized that the last software update of 144.89 mb is the route cause. Please guide how to troubleshoot this issue.

I did that before and was working normal but that update came again and the issue arises again... so that means in don't have to update my phone from now ... sir
