Now its Oct n note 9 is still in August security patch n Samsung had declared that s series n note series would get monthly updates. So is Samsung fooling us to just get the sale of handset. I don't accept for android pie until may 2019 as previous also it has done such. Dont know why Samsung is so late for android upgrades

I thought flagship mobiles would get updates first, but here we are not even getting the monthly patch regularly. I think this is why Samsung is loosing it's customers.

Already september updates received. U just click 'Download update manually' option in software update setting and check.

yes in Germany it was released 4 days ago n why now to wait for sep security patch better they give once in this month with Oct patch. now it has been more hopeless as no use to opt for Samsung high end phone n they have committed before that s series n note will get monthly patch regularly

tried manually checking for update but it shows that the August patch is the latest one. anyone from India who has received the September update?
