I'm using M30 phone. Dont have option to screen record and take screen shot. Why

Below are the three different methods to do print screen on Galaxy M30.

Take screenshot using Assistive Menu
1. First, Enable Assistive Menu by going to Settings->Accessibility->Dexterity and interaction. Enable the Assistant menu. 
2. On any screen where you want to take screenshot, open Assistive Menu by tapping on it.
3. Now swipe to page which has screenshot button. 
4. Tap on it. Screenshot will be capture.

Take Screenshot on Samsung Galaxy M30 using hardware Keys
1. Go to the page on which you want to perform print screen.
2. Press and hold volume down and power keys simultaneously. 
3. You will hear shutter sound unless phone is in silent
mode and screen will flicker. This confirm screenshot is captured. 

Take screenshot using Google Assistant
1. Browse to the page where you want to perform print screen.
2. Launch Google Assistant.
3. Type or say, take screenshot.
4. Screenshot will be captured. 
5. You can save taken screenshot or share

And the last method is to enable palm swipe gesture to capture the screenshot..
Go to Advanced features-Select motion and gestures-Enable Palm Swipe to capture.

And for screen recording, you have to use "Game launcher tool"..add apps that you want to record..after that tap on that app and you will see tool icon at the bottom left corner, select it and here you will find video icon, use that to record your desired app..

Apart from this just check if your device supports smart capture or not?

i know these three, but other phones have option in notifications bar.. ease option.

still no option for screen record?

I shared 4 methods (including palm swipe to take a screenshot)..and if smart capture is not there, then it's not possible to record your device screen...or take a scroll screenshot..In that case either use a game launcher tool and see if you are getting a screen recorder or not..else download some 3rd party apps like MNML Screen Recorder..👍
