Samsung Galaxy S24ultra - unable to access recovery mode

I am unable to access recovery mode after performing below 

1. Switch off phone

2. press power + volume up button until android logo appears

What i get is an error " PDP BACKUP FAIL : FINISH"

Has any one received such issue, if I request Samsung support to provide the required resolution.

It's changed now...
1. Power off your phone
2. Connect it to pc by holding power and vol+ button

And you should enter the recovery menu
