I was a mi user before buying A51, the screen shot function in mi was very simple, user have to scroll group of three fingers on screen to take SS.cant Samsung create such function, i would be overjoyed  to hear from Samsung.

you can take SS by volume down button and power button pressed together
or in setting go to advanced features then motion and gestures turn on palm swipe to capture

A51 supports several methods

go to settings>accessibility>Interaction and Dexterity>Assistant menu feature

Bro if you are using GOOD LOCK then download One Hand Operation + in this app you could custamize the gestures in order to do different functions even you could set a gesture to take screenshot like I have done in the image..
