Yes..I think so..
check few settings
If your device supports smart capture then definitely there would be a screen recorder..
while taking screenshot you may find video icon..just tap on it and start screen recording..
just check if smar capture option is enabled or not..
go to settings
scroll down to advanced features,select it..
here you will find smart capture tab..enable it..

Second method..
use game launcher tool
add any apps to game launcher and star screen recording
for this open game launcher and add any apps by clicking on add apps icon..
now open that app, here at the bottom left corner you will gonna find tool icon..click on it and select video recording option..

Third method.
download GoodLock app from the galaxy store
select niceshot
here you will find option of add shortcut
tap on it
and this will add direct screen recording option on your device home screen..

NOTE: SUCH SETTINGS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE, WHEN YOUR DEVICE SUPPORTS SMART CAPTURE, GAME LAUNCHER AND GOODLOCK APP..

I can't have nice shot option in my good lock app..
what should i do now.?

Is your GoodLock app is updated version or not..uninstall and install it again..and then check..because it's the part of GoodLock app..and if I am not wrong, there must be smart capture in your device..so whenever, you take a screenshot, you will find a video icon..just tap on it and start recording your device screen..
